Chief Financial Officer Jeff Briggs MBA, CPA at 樱桃涩福利姬 was recognized as a C-Suite award recipient on October 9, 2025 for demonstrating exceptional financial stewardship, transparency, and leadership across all administrative functions of the University.
In its eleventh year, the annual C-Suite Awards presented by the Cincinnati Business Courier honors top-level executives who have shown outstanding leadership and led exceptional performance at Greater Cincinnati businesses and nonprofits.
These awards recognize CEO, CFO, COO, CHRO, CMO, and CTO leaders in the Greater Cincinnati community. This year, Business Courier recognized 38 finalists, including 17 winners in eight leadership categories chosen by a panel of independent judges from local universities and businesses.
After college in 1994, Briggs started in the Cincinnati office of Ernst & Young he tells Business Courier, and was hired at Mount St. Jospeh University in 2004 as controller. He became controller at Xavier University in 2010, followed by Chief Financial Officer at Thomas More College in 2015 until he returned to the Mount in 2017 to serve as Chief Financial Officer.
